Five variants for Phantom Arcades. Built as tables with inline styles, so they
survive Outlook. Press Copy, then paste straight into the signature box in Outlook or Gmail.
1 · Dark card with photo
The recommended one. Face on the left, brand on the right.
Press Copy above the one you want. If the images do not come through, press Open instead, then Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C on that page.
In Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply.
Click in the signature box and paste with Ctrl+V.
Name it, tick both boxes so it applies to new mail and replies, then Save.
In Gmail it is Settings, then See all settings, then Signature, then Create new and paste.
Where every fact came from

If the photo and logo vanish when you paste
The target has to accept formatted text. A plain-text box, a chat window or a notes app keeps only the words and drops every image. Paste into the signature box in Outlook or Gmail, which accepts formatting. If it still strips them, use Open, then select all and copy from that page.
One thing to know
No Russo One or Chakra Petch. Email clients cannot load web fonts, so the
site's display faces are unavailable anywhere. The arcade feel is carried instead by heavy
uppercase and wide letter-spacing on a system font, which renders the same everywhere.
